How would you describe your Eleganza Experience?
From start to finish I had the best experience at Eleganza. My sister purchased her dress from here around 10 years ago so I had always wanted to visit when it was my time to look. I had absolutely no idea what style of dress I was looking for when I initially walked in. I had two appointments booked for that day so I wasn't expecting to find my dream dress straight away. Francesca made me feel so comfortable when trying on different styles and listened to all of my likes and dislikes. I loved the floral applique detailing however some of the dress styles just didn't work for me. After trying on 5-6 dresses I wasn't sure if I would find the one until Francesca pulled out one option I hadn't tried yet. The beautiful Savin Haisley Dress. I instantly fell in love with the dress and then when we paired with the Alika cape, I knew that this was the one.
Tell us more about your Savin London gown!
This dress was perfection for me. The simplicity of the design made me feel so confident and comfortable when I had it on and was exactly what I wanted for our wedding location and temperatures. From the first time trying it on, to fittings, to finally wearing on my wedding day, I fell in love with the dress more and more every time. The dress alone was beautiful but when paired with the cape, it completed it. I wasn't sure if I wanted a veil, so for me this was the perfect alternative and photographed so well at the beach. I had the idea of using flowers from the cape material to make small clips for my hair to tie everything together. The alteration company Eleganza recommended for my fittings, managed to create the perfect clips for me.

What was your inspiration for your wedding? Did you follow a specific theme or colour palette?
We were lucky to have our brilliant wedding co-ordinator, Iridian, at the hotel who organised everything for us. We mentioned we loved the whites and blues of the surroundings and that we wanted to keep things simple and she absolutely nailed it. I wanted to do something personal for our tables, so I made a photo board for 'find your seat'. This worked perfectly at our reception and made for some great photographs when guests were finding their names.
Tell us more about your Big Day!
We had always dreamed of an abroad wedding so decided on Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort, Mexico. Around 90 of our closest family and friends joined us. I started off my morning with yoga and breakfast with my beautiful bridesmaids. We hired a brilliant team of hair and make-up artists from outside the hotel that we found on Instagram. Everything from arrival was absolutely amazing and made for a magical wedding.
Do you have a favourite picture from your wedding day? Why is this image so special to you?
The day went by so quickly that I felt like I didn't get to take in all of the little details. I loved looking through all of our photos and seeing everyone throughout the day. The photographer suggested a first look with my dad and captured the first time he saw me in my dress, so this one is special to me.
