How would you describe your Eleganza Experience?
The dreamiest day ever! From the moment I walked into Eleganza, I had the most special experience I think I’ve ever had. I was more nervous going into the bridal salon than walking down the aisle to my Husband to Be, but I was instantly put at ease and felt at home. I already knew what I was looking for before I came to Eleganza, I had seen my dress on their Instagram and knew whenever I seen it that was my dream dress! It was the first dress I tried on in store and the dress I said yes to! It was such a special moment saying yes to the dress in Eleganza, and I don’t think it would have been that special anywhere else!
Would you like to share with us your proposal moment, favourite part of planning your wedding or what you have planned for your honeymoon?
We were away to a lodge in Carrbridge near Aviemore in November 2020 when we went out for a walk. Jordi took me over a beautiful suspension bridge and when I turned round to see him in the middle of the bridge, he was down on one knee! It really was the biggest surprise but my dream come true!
We couldn’t wait to get back to the lodge to facetime our parents, but to my surprise Jordi already had our parents in the lodge waiting for us to celebrate our engagement! The most special moment and something I will never forget!
Favourite part of planning:
This is a hard one because I really enjoyed the whole planning experience but I would have to say the weekend we asked all of our nearest & dearest to be in our bridal party on our big day! It was the best weekend surprising them all with our proposal boxes and their reactions all melted our hearts!
We headed off to Dubai a few days after our big day for some much needed R&R, and Dubai did not disappoint! From afternoon tea at the Burj Khalifa, the most unreal views from AURA Sky pool and the most amazing feed at Hell’s Kitchen, we had the time of our lives celebrating our marriage in the beautiful Dubai!
Tell us more about your Eleganza Iconica gown!
THE DREAM DRESS!
Where to begin - it was everything I could have ever wished for and more! I’ve know for years that I wanted a dress with a detachable overskirt and Eleganza did not disappoint! I remember seeing my dress on Instagram around a month before I went to the store and I knew instantly it was the dress for me! Anyone and everyone who knows me, knows I am the biggest Disney fan and wanted to feel like a real life Disney Princess, and if the dress wasn’t covered in sparkle, it wasn’t the dress for me! The Amalfi gown was literally the dream dress and it was an emotional moment putting it on and saying YES!
I would wear it again and again and again if I could, I didn’t want to take it off at the end of the night!!

What was your inspiration for your wedding? Did you follow a specific theme or colour palette?
I didn’t exactly have inspiration but I knew I always wanted neutral tones and to have lots of greenery in with my white flowers too!
My bridesmaids dresses were a beautiful one-shoulder champagne with a beautiful embellished belt to add a little sparkle! Everything was gold mirror or clear acrylic from our table plan, table numbers, place names & even personalised drink stirrers!
Tell us more about your Big Day!
Our happily ever after!!
I have always wanted an outdoor ceremony and the weather was an absolute gem to us! We got our perfect fairytale ceremony outdoors with the sun shining it really was a dream come true! Our photos were all taken outside too and they are amazing!! We had the best day from start to finish, our dance floor in the evening was full the whole night and our band were amazing!! We had fireworks once it was dark enough I felt like I was in Disney! I would do it all over again tomorrow if I could!!
What was the most memorable moment?
Walking down the aisle with my Dad to my Husband to Be!
Do you have a favourite picture from your wedding day? Why is this image so special to you?
It’s hard to choose just one favourite when we had the best photographer - but one photo I really do adore is of my Grandparents during my ceremony. My Didie Georgie (grandfather), Granny Edna & Granny Chrissie all sitting together at the front watching us get married and their expressions just melt my heart! It meant everything to have them there and I am one lucky gal to still have these amazing people in my life! We were missing a few angels from our special day but I had them right their with me in my own special way. I had a piece of my Auntie Karens wedding gown (which was actually a beautiful light blue) and a piece of my Granda Ralph’s blue shirt made into hearts and had then attached to my bouquet!
