How would you describe your Eleganza Experience?

Id originally thought id found 'the one' at another shop but still came to my appointment just to experience eleganza sposa in the flesh other than looking at pictures online. When i say it exceeded my expectations im not lying at all. From the moment i stepped in i knew it was special, the girls went above and beyond and even over the time i was given to help me. I got taken into the big room all to myself and at one point had nearly all members of staff with me helping me and encouraging me. It honestly felt like the julia roberts moment in pretty woman!

Would you like to share with us your proposal moment, favourite part of planning your wedding or what you have planned for your honeymoon?

We never actually got engaged, Jamie said from the moment we met id be the girl he would marry and it all naturally flowed from there

What designer did you choose for your dress?

Eleganza Sposa

Tell us more about your gown!

I chose the amalfi gown by eleganza sposa but had it especially made with a train. I didnt actually want to try it on it wasnt what i was going for at all but my mother in law insisted i gave it a go. Its hard to explain but from the second i put it on i felt like the dress was made for me, i also paired it with the swarovski cathedral veil from eleganza sposa.

What was your inspiration for your wedding? Did you follow a specific theme or colour palette?

I've always loved italian courtyard weddings, full of romance and elegance but ive always wanted a big english wedding. We kept a soft colour palette with whites and blush tones and paired it with gold accessories to match the warmth of the candles. The bridesmaids wore ivory/blush satin dresses, our little girl wore white and pink and the groom and groomsmen kept it simple and classic in tuxedos. We had white flower clouds all around the room with giant candelabras and greenery draping everywhere

Tell us more about your Big Day!

We'd decided at the start of lockdown with everything going on that we wanted something to look forward to, a chance to get all family and friends together and celebrate life in general. We had a celebrant led ceremony for that personal touch, we had eloped the week before in secret just us and our three children. We booked a manor house in the Cheshire countryside and wanted the day to be both our ideas of a wedding and a reflection of our life together. By day we had a very calm and elegant vibe with a three course meal in a courtyard surrounded by candlelight, fairy lights, flowers and violins playing in the background. The house had its own nightclub so by night we had a mini rave, we'd hired a 90s old skool dj and we danced the early hours of the morning away with all our friends

What was the most memorable moment?

Making my entrance down the aisle with my grandad and realising this was the moment everything came down to

Do you have a favourite picture from your wedding day? Why is this image so special to you?

The picture of my husband smiling as he sees me walking down the aisle. It was all a blur so its nice to have that memory to look back on
