To ensure a personalized experience with a dedicated bridal stylist, we work by appointment only. Your booking secures a 90-minute one-on-one session with your dedicated bridal stylist, along with her expert knowledge, personalized guidance, and hand-selected gowns curated just for you. This ensures your experience is entirely bespoke from the moment you arrive.








Is the appointment fee redeemable?
No. The fee secures your dedicated time with your stylist and her expertise. It is non-refundable and non-redeemable toward a purchase.

How far in advance should I book my bridal appointment?
We believe choosing your gown should be unrushed and savoured. Booking one year before your wedding ensures your dream dress has time to be crafted to perfection.

How long is a typical bridal appointment?
Ninety minutes, long enough to immerse yourself in fabrics and silhouettes, yet intimate enough to feel like an indulgent escape from the bustle outside.

What should I bring to my appointment?
A sense of excitement, your inspiration images, and the most loving, supportive guests. Nude or light seamless undergarments are ideal to let the gowns truly shine.






How many guests may I bring?
We suggest two or three cherished voices; enough to celebrate with you, but not so many that your own vision gets lost in the chorus. Depending on the appointment type you are booking, the guest policy will vary. See all our appointment offerings in the drop-down menu here.

What is the price range for your gowns?
Our gowns begin at £2,500 and extend to £7,000, reflecting the artistry, fabrics, and craftsmanship of each piece. For the most extensive selection from our current designer collections, we recommend a healthy budget starting from £3,000.

For brides with a lower budget who still dream of a couture experience, we offer Archive Appointments, an exclusive opportunity to find a beautiful sample gown at a special price.

What is an Archive Appointment?
An Archive Appointment is a curated experience for brides seeking a beautiful gown at a lower price point without compromising on style or quality. During this appointment, you’ll explore our carefully preserved sample gowns from past designer collections, each one a genuine couture piece that has graced our boutique floor. These gowns are available at special prices, making them perfect for brides who desire luxury on a more modest budget.

Do you offer custom or made-to-measure gowns?
Yes; your gown can be as unique as your love story. From subtle neckline changes to fully bespoke creations, our designers welcome personal touches.

How long will my gown take to arrive?
Between 3 to 8 months, depending on the intricacy of the design. Each gown is created with the care and patience of a piece destined to be cherished forever.

Do you offer alterations?
While we do not offer in-house alterations, we are proud to recommend Karen Rotchford, a trusted artisan located just downstairs from our boutique. Karen and her skilled team have spent years perfecting gowns from our collections, treating each one with the same care and precision with which it was created. Can I photograph the gowns during my appointment?
To honour the artistry and exclusivity of our designers, we kindly ask that photography of our gowns is not permitted. We do, however, warmly encourage you to capture your experience in the boutique; whether it’s a celebratory sip of bubbly or your unforgettable “I said yes” moment, so you may treasure these memories for years to come.

Do you offer accessories?
Yes; veils that float like whispers, headpieces with heirloom charm, and jewels that catch the light as beautifully as your eyes. You can book a dedicated accessory appointment where you'll be paired with you own personal stylist

What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can welcome another bride in your place. The £30 appointment fee is non-refundable; however, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment to the most suitable date at no extra fee.

How much should I explore before choosing my dress?
We recommend not visiting too many shops. It may seem like the right thing to do, but it often clouds your vision, overwhelms your senses, and leaves your heart more confused than clear. Too many choices can dull the magic, turning a moment of romance into a whirlwind of uncertainty.
