We ask that our brides stick to our guest policy which is Bride +4 guests Monday-Sunday. If there is anyone that is unfortunately not able to attend the appointment due to this policy, you can FaceTime them for them to see your chosen gown!

Although we will be allowing FaceTime calls, we do have a no photography policy in store whilst trying on the gowns, and ask that both yourself and your party respect this. You are of course more than welcome to take photos in store whilst not wearing a gown, we have some great flower wall features for you to use!

If you are planning on wearing heels on your wedding day, we ask that you please bring your own pair along with you to your appointment to try on with the gowns. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.

Last, but certainly not least, once you say YES TO THE DRESS, we will take your measurements, go over all of your paper work and require a 60% ordering deposit on the day to secure and order your gown.
