Yes, at Eleganza Sposa we host brides on an appointment-only basis. We want each and every bride to have the most memorable Eleganza experience possible and in order to achieve this we need to be fully prepared for your visit.
Like many luxury boutiques and dress designers, we charge £40 consultation fee for first bridal appointments and £30 for second bridal appointments, £30 for accessories appointments and £50 for online virtual appointments. This fee will be redeemed against your purchase on the day of your appointment. We also have a £50 cancellation fee for appointments who cancel less than 48 hours notice. We do not refund on cancellation of your appointment. This is in place to due to the high level of appointment requests, and to ensure all brides receive the best possible service. You will be assigned a personal one-to-one stylist throughout your time in store who will ensure you and your guests have an unforgettable experience at Eleganza Sposa.
The Eleganza 'Love List' is a feature on our website which allows our brides to collate the dresses and accessories they like and save them in one place.Our stylists can then utilise these lists in preparation of first appointments in order to understand the styles and designs favoured by each bride.
We recommend that you visit Eleganza when you have a vague idea of what you are looking for and are ready to purchase a gown. We recommend that all of our brides purchase their gowns no later than 1 year ahead of their wedding, however if you have less than this you can speak to a member of our team about finding a gown in a limited timescale.
Each appointment lasts 90 minutes giving you plenty of time to browse and try on a wide variety of gowns. You will be assigned a stylist who will give you their undivided attention and really gain an understanding of your personal style and wedding needs. It is important for our brides to arrive punctually to maximise their time with our stylists. Although you will not be on a stopwatch, our busy schedule means that we cannot always afford the luxury of running over time.
Yourself +4 guests will be welcomed into our beautiful boutique through December. Our guest policy has been set to give you the upmost relaxing and memorable experience, make sure you bring guests who will be the best support for you!
While we are more than happy for our brides to take pictures within the designated areas of our store, we have a no photo policy when it comes to our gowns. You can however, FaceTime a loved one during your appointment.

The next step in your Eleganza journey is to fill out your Love List. All you need to do is create an account by filling in your details. Your account will allow you to then browse through our website and select which gowns you would like to add to your Love List; you can log in at any time and update this. Your love list gives your stylist an idea of your personal style before your appointment has even begun and they will use it as a reference point during your appointment. You will not be restricted to trying on dresses on your Love List – we encourage you to keep an open mind and try on dresses that our stylists choose for you as well. This is simply the best way to get an idea of your taste so that your appointment time is utilised well.
